Oh William, your father knows you so well. Meryl apparently does so too. To her William is just a boy, four years younger than she is. But for Will, he thinks otherwise. Oh dear.
I love sketching the stories that my imagination comes up with. I write stories as a hobby. It keeps my imagination happy. Haha! ☺
Here are some character designs in watercolor I've made back in college. I really like the dude in the red shirt and his green highlights. He knows how to look cool. And the fiery red-head is having fun on that new planet. Space domination is her game. And the worm? Well, he's just being a critic. Ha! :)
And the one below is a different representation of "Darna", a classic Philippine heroine. Instead of having superpowers after swallowing a small magical stone, I thought about her becoming a superwoman after taking a bit of 'manggang hilaw with bagoong' (green mango with shrimp paste), which is a very delicious snack here in my country. I myself am in love with it.
Been doing some other character designs as well. I think I may post some earlier ones too, as I've always loved the ones I made in the past. They're like old friends you see. It's such a thrill to look at them after some time.
Afternoon sketches of some lads. Oh look, it's Harry Potter! Hahaha!
The man on the right side with the long nose looks like a young version of Nightmare. Nightmare is the villain from a story I wrote for one of my majors. I did some character designs of him too and to be honest, he still creeps me out, especially at night. My imagination goes berserk at dark. Ha!
I am an artist in perpetual training, trying to learn the endless possibilities of art as I am able. Come and join me as I document the adventures being an artist could bring, the good and the not-so-good side of it. But no matter what, it's still an exciting adventure that is meant to be enjoyed.
